Delivery
For drivers: oil routes, propane routes, tank-exchange routes, and any other fuel you sell. Each fuel keeps its own flow because metered oil delivery is not the same as a propane cylinder swap. Pick a stop, record gallons, capture the ticket, and sync when service returns.
Service
For technicians: assigned jobs, site equipment, customer history, parts requests, photos, notes, and readings. Heating, cooling, oil-side service, propane-side service, and general service work stay on the same customer record.
My Time
For everyone, across 1099 and W-2 rosters. Clock in, clock out, and manage shifts from the same app. Payroll uses those clock events directly.
Built for the Truck and the Fleet
Built for parking lots, basements, trucks, and January service calls:
- Offline-capable. Routes and jobs load when you have signal. Captures sync when you are back.
- Photo capture. Tied to the service ticket, not stored as a stray file.
- Signature capture. Customers sign contracts and approvals right on the device.
- Card payments. Take a payment in the field by submitting the customer’s card.
